Shot simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil languages, it stars siddharth, Priya Anand and Nithya Menen with notable roles being essayed by Mouli, Tanikella Bharani and Geetha among others. The film, being shot on a Red One handled by Balasubramaniem with music by Malayalam composer Sharreth, was released simultaneously in both languages on 25 June 2011.[

180 is a light hearted romantic comedy entertainer that has Siddharth in the lead role.Popular ad film maker Jayendra turns director with this film.’Vamanan’ fame Priya Anand and Nithya Menon, a Bangalore based girl who has seen in many Malayalam films playing the female leads opposite Siddharth.
180 siddarth plays a doctor and has only 180 days to live and hence the title. Some really hot and raunchy kissing scenes with priya anand who acts his wife in the movie has been shot and nitya menen falls in love with him when he comes to india. Sathyam Cinemas which produced ‘Thiru Thiru Thuru Thuru’ is producing this film both in tamil and telegu.
